JAMES MONTE
FOUNDER
James Monte is a Philly native, who has a passion for capturing beautiful images and telling captivating stories. He graduated from Philadelphia University studying animation and adapted for video editing and logo design. After spending a few years creating content for small businesses he created Tetsu Digital, where he shoots commercials and short films. He strives to help other businesses grow their brand identity through his work.
CARLIN MICHEL
EXECUTIVE PRODUCER
Carlin Michel is a Philadelphia-based creative writer, who delves into all facets of creative work with an eager eye for story. He’s written multiple spec scripts, along with published interactive titles and a comic. His stories dive deep into the human condition and explore raw damaged characters. He is excited to create bold and unique stories f0r Tetsu Digital and loves the atmosphere on set.
ALEXANDER DEOLA
DIRECTOR OF PHOTOGRAPHY/ASSISTANT DIRECTOR
Alexander Deola is a filmmaker based in the Philadelphia Area. An alumni of DeSales University, Alexander has been shooting and directing short narrative films, ads, and music videos for over 5 years now, and is just starting to tap into the film festival scene. In addition to DPing and directing films, he is also a writer and occasional editor. He intends to write and direct a slew of short films sometime over the next few years, mainly relationship-dramas and horror films, along with at least one feature film in his lifetime. Tetsu Digital has been a great home for Alexander to explore interesting creative endeavors, and he only expects it to get better from here.
KAYSHANA MASSIAH
MARKETING MANAGER
Kayshana is an expert in social media. She has experience in social media marketing including content creation, audience engagement, and analytics. Kayshana has an AA in Communication and is working toward her BA in Media Studies and Production. She is passionate about marketing and use her creativity to implement strategies to help Tetsu DIgital grow.
